Production Terms of Trade

1. Pre-Production Samples & Approval

Pre-production physical counter-samples are dispatched within 7–10 working days following tech pack confirmation and sample deposit. Bulk lot cutting commences only after written sample sign-off by the client.

2. Payment Terms

Standard B2B lot terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and tech pack sign-off, and 50% balance payment prior to dispatch following final AQL 2.5 quality inspection.

3. Quality Assurance & Audits

Every production lot undergoes 100% inline stitching audits, fabric GSM and shrinkage verification, colorfastness testing, and final packaging checks according to international export standards.

4. Freight & Shipping

All shipments are dispatched via express air freight (DHL, FedEx) or sea cargo according to Incoterms (FOB Sialkot or CIF destination port). Track and trace numbers are provided upon dispatch.
